Here is the picture, for those of you waiting to see what this boy looks like. Last Saturday we drove to Leavenworth, Wa. for the tree lightening ceremony. For those of you in CA, Leavenworth is a little town in the mountains based on a german town theme. The whole town is personified with little gingerbread house theme. Not a lot to do but window shop and soak in the christmas spirit. Basically, the city hosts a huge party they have sledding, live musical numbers, and Santa and Father Christmas eventually show up. I even saw a snowman hanging around some kids with a special hat on(you know that magical one). Anyways the atmosphere was joyful. Richard and I shared some good conversation and loved watching the lights with hundreds of other onlookers.
